In our over 40 years in the hospitality industry, we have developed
a few specialties we think you would enjoy:
• Rabbit cooked in a light tomato sauce;
• Pasticciata – beef marinated in red wine marinate for 24 hours
with fresh herbs and spices and cooked to perfection, served with
some of our home made pasta;
• Gnocchi Casserole – a recipe brought over from Italy with our family,
light potato and cheese dumpling baked with a tomato and cream sauce;
